Call me Sharona. I’m a white cis woman (she/her pronouns) in my 30s living on occupied land in southern California. I’m aromantic bisexual; I might be somewhere on the asexual spectrum and have called myself ace in the past, but it’s no longer a label that I think fits me very well, and I’m not personally interested in looking for microlabels that fit me exactly.

I’m not professionally diagnosed, but I do have a family history of mental illness; this isn’t something I care to discuss in detail, but I feel it’s important to at least give people a heads-up that I’ve got my reasons for being withdrawn or what have you. That being said, my journal is open to everyone and I’d love to make conversation! Also, please let me know if I’ve somehow said or done something offensive; I personally can’t stand abuse or bigotry (racism, misogyny, transphobia, etc.), so I’m willing to listen and adjust my behavior accordingly.
